Founder & CEO
Elliot brings over 13 years of experience managing and delivering multi-million-pound technology projects across industries ranging from investment banking to social housing.
As a seasoned Solution Architect and project leader, he has honed skills in scoping, risk management, and delivering complex initiatives on time and on budget. Now, he’s channeling that expertise into property development – combining analytical rigor with a passion for real estate. Having grown up around construction and renovation, Elliot isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty: he’s as comfortable coordinating contractors as he is designing strategic project plans.
Guided by mentors and continuous learning, Elliot leads Ironforge Homes with a focus on professionalism, creativity, and trust. He is committed to building a reputation for high-quality projects and win-win outcomes for investors, homeowners, and partners alike.
Jerry Pack
Head of Refurbishment
A qualified electrician with over 40 years of experience, Jerry has been involved in countless refurbishment and building projects over his career. He’s even built home extensions from the ground up, giving him deep first hand knowledge of the construction process.
Jerry oversees all renovation work for Ironforge Homes, ensuring that each project is executed to a high standard. His mantra is “on time, on budget, and done right”, he provides the practical oversight to make sure our properties are safe, sound, and beautifully finished. Jerry’s decades of hands on expertise and steady guidance are a cornerstone of Ironforge Homes’ reliability and quality workmanship.
